General Information


Q: What is Your Order?
A:The YourOrder service allows you to plan and place your catering orders online. Please click here - About Us - for more information on what YourOrder has to offer!

Q: What type of food does YourOrder serve?
A: YourOrder offers a range of cuisine. We have carefully selected the best of class providers and brought them all together on one convenient ordering platform.

Q: Do I have to register before trying the YourOrder service?
A: No. You can browse our menus and start placing your order without registering. Before you checkout, we will ask you for basic contact information so that we can send you an email confirmation of you order and a give you a courtesy call on the day of your order to let you know your delivery is on schedule. This information is kept confidential and used only from communicating with you about your YourOrder service.

Managing Your Orders

Q: How do I place an order?
A: It's simple! Go to www.YourOrder.com.au and click on Place Order. We'll ask you for some information about your event and match you with the best caterers and restaurants in your area.

Q: What if I have multiple delivery locations?
A: No problem. You can select a different delivery location for each order. We will store all of your delivery locations for faster ordering.

Q: How can I change my account information?
A: Click on My Account and select the My Profile to change your contact information and password.

Q: How can I see my past and future orders?
A: Click on My Account and select Order history. Your Upcoming Orders will be displayed. You may select other reports on your account from the drop down list such as your order history.

Q: What if I need to change my order?
A: YourOrder 'real people' customer service team works hard to ensure your satisfaction with every order. They can be reached on 02 9281 5114 or via email mailto:info@YourOrder.com.au for any changes or questions about your order.

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: YourOrder restaurants and caterers specify the minimum dollar value they will accept for an order. Minimum order amounts are clearly shown at the top of each menu so there are no surprises as you make your selections.

Q: What if we have special requests for our orders?
A: You can add special instructions to every order.

Q: Is there any order cancellation rules?
A: Yes there are minimum cancellation time that differ from caterer to caterer please review caterers cancellation policy prior to placing at the bottom of the menu.

Unfortunately if these guidelines aren't met you will be responsible for cancellation fee.


Pricing and Payment
Q: Can I set up a billing account with YourOrder?
A: Yes. Before you can be pay via invoice you must be approved for credit. If you would like to apply for a YourOrder account, please download the Credit Application and simply email or fax the completed application back to us. Please note that approval process requires 3-5 business days, and that your order is not confirmed until payment is arranged. If your order delivery date is within 5 business days, please use a credit card for payment.
